Evidence of Hate Speech/Incitement:

June 2015: Rahman frequently urged the release of Islamists in prison, notably Bakri Muhammad, on Twitter (suspended tweet). Additionally, Rahman has repeatedly condoned or supported terrorist attacks on London, declaring, “I must accept that I might become collateral damage in any #LondonAttack by its many furious war victims.” Rahman further stated that “minority citizens are being slaughtered on a vast basis by the government in #USA, not #IS.”

June 2014: After Daesh declared its so-called caliphate in June 2014, Rahman pledged allegiance to its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi over a Skype call. That summer, Rahman uploaded a series of videos to YouTube in which he extolled the caliphate. “How is America going to survive against the Islamic State’s defence and retaliation?” he asked the viewers. “This is the real issue. They will not survive, in my opinion. I believe America’s time has come to an end. They won’t admit it, but it’s over.”

May 2014: In an article by the Daily Mail, a video of Mohammed Rahman went viral showing him praising the terrorists who kidnapped more than 300 Nigerian schoolgirls. In the shared videotape, Rahman said that killing non-Muslims was “not necessarily a terrible thing” and lauded the terror group Boko Haram. “People want to make it out as though history began on the day these girls were taken from - sorry I should say these women - were taken from this high school in Nigeria,” Rahman added. He went on to say that the terrorist group was “full of good messages,” including their support for Al Qaeda.

November 2006: In an article by the BBC, Rahman reportedly encouraged violence against British and American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan during protests against the Danish cartoons of Prophet Muhammad. According to David Perry QC, Rahmad was heard saying: “Oh Allah, we want to see another 9/11 in Iraq, another 9/11 in Denmark, another 9/11 in Spain, in France, all over Europe.”
