Evidence of Hate Speech/Incitement:
March 2021: Al Dikki tweeted, "We are replacing 'patriotism' with the nation's creedal relationships, and we are ashamed to say that we should do jihad for the sake of God and the application of his law." He continued, saying that there was no chance for the Syrians to use a national agenda, as Bashar al-Assad's regime did not kill the Syrians according to a national agenda, but rather the goal was to marginalize Sunni Muslims from power in Syria. Al Dikki believes that the solution is an “Islamic revolution”.
January 2020: Al Dikki posted on Twitter regarding the reasons for the delay in victory, adding that the fear of stigmatizing us [Muslims] with terrorism is what delays victory. The Hindu, Christian, Safavid, Buddhist or Jew fight for their religion and faith.
December 2018: Following Pope Francis’ visit to the UAE in 2019, Al Diqqi published a video where he described the goal of Christians and Jews to lead Muslims to follow the wrong religion. He linked the Crusades with the current political situation in the world and described what is happening today as the Second Crusade, which aims to bring down the Islamic Caliphate, occupy Al-Aqsa Mosque, and occupy the Arabian Peninsula. He added that the increase in the number of churches in the Gulf countries to 89 is an indicator that Christian countries seek to convert Muslims to Christianity.
