Evidence of Hate Speech/Incitement:
April 2015: in one of his videos on Islamway.net website, Al Masri mentioned the importance of hijab for women by citing a story that happened during the Prophet’s life. He finished the story by stating that if the Prophet was alive nowadays, he would “start World War 3 to protect Islamic women”.
February 2012: In a religious TV program aired on Al-Nas TV, Al Masri talked about Jews and the fact that they do not respect any treaty. He said “[In the days of the Prophet Muhammad], the Muslims in Al-Madina tried to coexist with the Jews who lived there. Did this come to pass? Agreements and treaties were signed, but the Jews breached one treaty after another. They betrayed [the Muslims], as is the wont of Jews in every time and every place. Jews will be Jews. They have not changed and will not change. Don't think that because of the Camp David Accords… Even if you signed a thousand treaties with them, they will never abide by them. They slayed the prophets, and what are we Muslims, compared to the prophets?”
