Ali Al Rubaei
Biography
Sheikh Ali Saeed Al Rubaie is the founder of “Mental Drills”, a platform which aims to transform mental training for the Muslim community. According to the cleric’s website, the platform uses exercises for refreshing the mind, doubling memorisation skills, activating memory and speed of memorisation, and developing mental abilities and intelligence skills. Al Rubaie holds a PhD from the International Organisation for Academic Education in Munich. He also holds a Higher Merit Certificate from the Higher Institute of Islamic Law.
According to his official biography, Al Rubaie holds a patent in multiplying memorisation from one to 100 times from several international organisations, including the World Intellectual Property Organisation, International Organisation for Academic Education, and Gulf Patents.

Evidence of Hate Speech/Incitement:
December 2020: In a tweet, Al Rubaei called Shia shrines in Iraq “polytheistic” areas. He also said that visitors' rituals to shrines in Iraq belong to polytheism and has no relationship with Islamic monotheism.
November 2020: Al Rubaei tweeted a poem while stating that the poem shows that Arab poets used to be proud of the fact that their lands are pure from Iranian Majus (Zoroastrians). The word is used to imply that Iranian Shia are infidels and shouldn’t be considered as Muslims.
November 2020: Al Rubaei published a cartoon on Twitter portraying French President Macron standing on a mountain of skulls of what appears to be Muslim victims. Al Rubaei added a comment above the cartoon saying “This is why we must continue to boycott French products”
October 2020: In a tweet targeting France, the cleric published a video claiming to uncover the West’s methods to turn Muslims into atheists. Al Rubaei encouraged his twitter followers to watch the video and stated “ learn how France and the West are attempting to push Muslims to leave Islam in ways even the devil hadn’t thought of.”
