Overview
Kingdom Identity Ministries (KIM) is one of the most well-known distributors of Christian Identity material that promotes a racial understanding of Christianity. According to the group, KIM plays a big role in promoting Christian identity by reaching to “God's chosen race, true Israel, and the White, European peoples”.
The organisation advocates racism, antisemitism, and the death penalty for idolatry, homosexuality, blasphemy, and abortion - a common denominator amongst Christian right-wing (RWE) extremist groups in the U.S.
On the group’s website, KIM states: “Our right to operate is unalienable coming from God, the only true Lawgiver; we do not recognize any other authority for our existence, nor are we subject to any guidelines, edicts, and privileges they may issue”. The motto of Kingdom Identity Ministries is "Conquer we must, for our cause is just." Kingdom Identity Ministries produce books, booklets, and Bible study courses.
KIM is a hybrid Christian fundamentalist-White Supremacist organisation, stating their aim as to maintaining the white race by urging white women to procreate solely within their race and promote white male supremacy as understood by the Bible. The group is also popular with white-power prison gangs such as the Aryan Brotherhood.
In 2006, KIM published over 4,000 booklets that enhanced white nationalisation to small-town inhabitants.
Ties to Extremism
Kingdom Identity Ministries published hate speech on their website, evident in:
"The Hebrew word for Adam (Strong's Concordance #120) means ‘ruddy, to show blood, flush, turn rosy,' in other words, a White man", expressing the ideology of white supremacy.
"We prefer the culture and abilities historically demonstrated by Christian White men over that of all other races. However, if you value athletic ability or some other trait above these achievements, you may consider another race (or even a species of animal) to be superior."
In 2018, an imprisoned Kingdom Identity Ministries member was charged with murder after he sprayed an African-American prisoner with lighter fluid and burnt him to death. The perpetrator was charged with murder. This indicates the reach of Kingdom Identity Ministries inside the U.S. penal system.
In 2008, Hallimore advertised on his website and in other local newspapers for a white Christian lady to work as the secretary for Kingdom Identity. Hallimore's desire for a lady who is "racially pure, honest, and of high moral character." He added in his advertisement "Genuine sweet genteel feminine mannerisms are essential," “Government, Jewish, or other agents DO NOT qualify.”
