Noam Federman
Biography
Noam is son of David Federman, a Jewish activist and fighter who was arrested by the British authorities during the British Mandate of Palestine for his Jewish nationalist activism.
Federman, a political activist who was born and raised in Jerusalem, is a religious Orthodox-right-wing Israeli Jew residing in Hebron, and a former leader and Spokesperson of the extremist Kach party, which he has been involved in since he was 14.
Federman currently hosts a weekly Internet program called "Federman Without Censor". It can be accessed on the Hebrew section of the Jewish Task Force's website. JTF, an organization of right wing Jews and righteous gentiles who follow the teachings of the late Rabbi Meir Kahane, funds his political activities in Israel.
One of Federman’s notable incitement quotes says that “revenge is an important value. The Talmud says that it is one of the greatest things. Revenge is great.”

Evidence of Hate Speech/Incitement:
April 2021: Federman describes the believers in co-existence between Palestinians and Jews as “hallucinators”. Although not considered hate-speech in itself, this particular tweet needs to be looked at in the context of Federman’s comments about Palestinians and the importance of eradicating them, in order to fulfill the Jewish dream in building a “pure Jewish state”. Additionally, such tweets might be threatening and shake-up national security.
April 2021: Federman expresses his objection to “lowering the Israeli flag” at the end of the ceremonies in Jerusalem, in a tweet published on 15 April, where he says: “On the eve of Independence Day, the national flag was hung on the Cave of the Patriarchs, but .... immediately after the Independence Day ceremony, they hurried to lower the flags, because ... Ramadan and the enemy must not be angered. Shame!
June 2004: Federman was jailed for his role in a conspiracy to blow a large bomb in the courtyard of an Arab girls' school in East Jerusalem's al-Tur neighborhood. He was also accused of supplying explosives to four Jewish settlers, although he was never prosecuted in the case.
Unknown date: According to Tal Rosner, Noam Federman is accused of regularly inciting violence, rebellion, racism, and attempting to thwart disengagement on his internet radio show. During an episode of his Internet show, “Federman Without Censor”, Federman turned his wrath on Arabs by saying: “ We must expel them from here. There will only be a resurrection if we evict them. There must be a significant and drastic change. If we internalize this and comprehend it, we’ll also understand that the only solution is to force out all the Arabs. The only solution is total expulsion.”
